Melissa is a certified Yoga Nidra teacher, dedicated to guiding individuals into deep states of relaxation, self-awareness, and inner healing. Her approach to Yoga Nidra blends traditional techniques with a gentle, intuitive style that honors each person’s unique journey.

Through her sessions and workshops, she creates a safe, and nurturing space where you can release stress, reconnect with your body and mind, and experience profound rest. She believe that Yoga Nidra is more than relaxation—it is a pathway to transformation, clarity, and balance in daily life.

Whether you are new to Yoga Nidra or deepening an existing practice, her intention is to help you tap into your inner calm, restore your energy, and awaken a deeper sense of presence.

When she is not teaching Yoga Nidra, you can find her working on Film & TV sets doing Stunts, out in nature Freediving and taking photos of sea life and flowers.
